Arrest for Weapons/Stolen Vehicle – Help Needed Identifying Additional Subjects

On Monday 7.25.2016 at 1451 hours a Northern York County Regional Police Officer observed occupants of a vehicle acting suspicious in the parking lot of a business in the 1700 block of North George Street in Manchester Township.

The Officer checked the registration of the vehicle and found that the vehicle was stolen out of York City.  The Officer followed the vehicle and attempted to stop the vehicle on North George Street.  The vehicle fled from the Officer and became involved in a non-injury crash in the 600 block of North George Street.

The three occupants of the vehicle fled on foot.  One of the subjects was apprehended by Officers after a foot chase.

The apprehended subject was identified as Andrew Bernard Frazier age 29 of York City.  When taken into custody Frazier was found to have a loaded 9mm handgun in his possession.  The gun was found to be stolen.  Frazier was also in possession of a baggie of crack cocaine.

Frazier was taken to Central Booking and arraigned on the following charges;

  • Receiving Stolen Property – Two counts
  • Felon Prohibited from Possessing Firearms
  • Firearms not to be carried without a license
  • Possession of crack cocaine

One of the other subjects who fled from the scene was captured by nearby surveillance cameras.  His photo appears below.  Anyone who can identify this subject should call 717.292.3647, 911, or use the crime tip reporting portion of this website.  Photos of the third suspect will be released as soon as they are available.
