Burglary Arrest in Jackson Township

On 06.15.17 at 0248 hours the Northern York County Regional Police Department responded to a burglar alarm at the White Horse Diner located at 5408 Lincoln Highway in Jackson Township.

Upon arrival the responding officer found the front door of the business had been smashed in with a large piece of concrete.  The officer also observed a subject moving around inside.  The officer confronted the subject and took him into custody.

The male, 23 year old Severin Windsor of York, was found to be under the influence and confused.

Windsor was transported to Central Booking to face arraignment on the Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Criminal Mischief, and Public Drunkenness.

Windor’s vehicle was found near another business approximately .25 miles away.
