Retail Theft in Manchester Township

The Northern York County Regional Police Department is attempting to identify the subjects in the photographs. They were involved in the orchestrated theft of cell phones at a store in Manchester Township on 09.13.17.

The group entered the store and the began milling around. At various points, members of the group leave and return to the store. Eventually all the three adults leave the store and a prepubescent male is left behind.

This young male enters the storage area and takes at least one cell phone. He then flees the store to a waiting white Chrysler mini van. The van with the three adults and child the fled the area.

This “family” of 4 (30’s female, 20’s female, 20’s male, 8-12 year old male) all of middle eastern decent are using distraction techniques to commit retail theft and involve the young juvenile to commit the theft.
