Additional Charges Filed Against Dover Township Man

The Northern York County Regional Police Department has filed additional charges against Clyde M Miller Age 60 of Dover Township.

Miller was charged in September with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with someone younger than 16, aggravated indecent assault of someone younger than 16, corruption of minors and indecent assault of someone younger than 16.

He is now facing new charges of Corruption of a Minor and Indecent Assault of someone younger than 16.  The new charges are for similar conduct with a juvenile male who was 14-15 years old at the time.  The victim is now in his mid 20’s.

The victim disclosed when he was in 9th grade, he worked with Clyde Miller at a business in New Oxford. The victim advised the school bus would take him directly to the business after school.

The victim advised Miller was known, at the time, to have young boys race go-karts for him. The victim started driving
go-karts for Miller and would stay at his residence through the summer. He stayed the entire summer at Miller’s when he was 15 years old and he would stay overnight.

The victim stated when he did stay overnight at Miller’s, he would sleep in the same bed as him.

Miller, at some point, started providing him with alcohol and marihuana and pornography (movies).  The victim traveled with Miller to his cabin in Potter County on different occasions. The cabin was located near the Cherry Springs State Park in Coudersport, Potter County.

The victim reported one night, while in bed with Miller, Miller groped his buttocks. He said. in addition to being groped, Miller would also masturbate in bed, directly next to him.  He said this occurred on several occasions in Coudersport and at Miller’s home on Hilton Ave in Dover Township.
