On 02.05.18 at 0226 hours a Northern York County Regional Police Officer pulled into the lot of A+ Sunoco located at the intersection of Susquehanna Trail and Church Road in Manchester Township.  He observed a group of males in the store and that at least one of the males had their hoods pulled up around their head and face.  The officer continued to observe the group as they left the store and entered into a Mercedes sedan that was parked at one of the gas pumps.  The Officer ran the registration of the vehicle and found that it was stolen out of Harrisburg City.

The Officer followed the car as it exited the lot onto Susquehanna Trail.  The Mercedes accelerated rapidly and passed a vehicle within the intersection Church Road intersection.  The Officer activated his lights and siren and began to pursue the vehicle northbound on the Susquehanna Trail.

The vehicle turned right onto Conway Street (which is a dead end).  The Officer located the vehicle unoccupied in a parking lot.  Officers searched the area, but were unable to locate the occupants.

Officers located three handguns in the center console of the Mercedes.  Those guns were found to have been stolen during a burglary of the Trop Gun Shop in Lancaster County.

The subjects in the attached video were the occupants of the Mercedes.

The Northern York County Regional Police Department, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, Harrisburg City Police, and the Northwest Lancaster County Regional Police Department are cooperating in this investigation.

Anyone with information on this incident or that can identify the subjects in the video are asked to contact our tip line at 717.467.TELL(8355) or email to
