On 07/19/2010 at 1527 hours the Northern York County Regional Police responded to a motor vehicle crash on Millcreek Road near Raintree Road in Manchester Township,
Investigation found that a 2001 Jeep Cherokee operated by Steven Loucks, age 48 of Dallastown, was travelling southbound on Millcreek Road. For unknown reasons Loucks lost control of the vehicle and travelled off of the roadway, rolled over, and eventually came to rest on its wheels.
Officers found that Loucks had been consuming alcohol prior to the crash. He was arrested for DUI. Loucks refused a blood alcohol test and was transported to Central Booking.
In a criminal complaint filed before MDJ Alan Naylor, Steven James Loucks was charged with the following offenses:
- Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol
- Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic
- Driving Vehicle at Safe Speed
