Just after midnight on Sunday, NYCRPD officers were dispatched to a reported crowd loitering in the parking lot of 222 Arsenal Road at the York View Hotel. Arriving NYCRPD officers requested that the group disperse and leave the facility. Most of the group complied with the police request to disperse; two individuals failed to comply and were subsequently arrested for criminal trespass. Both subjects were issued summons and released.
The defendants are identified as follows:
Malachi Leonard, age 19, 209 East Cottage Place, York, PA
Travis Lee Gilbert, age 19, of 223 East King Street, York, PA
Both subjects were issued summons and released.
