Domestic Violence Arrest – Jackson Township

A 51 year old Thomasville man was arrested and transported to the York County Central Booking Center following a domestic dispute at a Jackson Township residence. 

DOUGLAS JAMES GANGLOFF, of 130 Locust Lane, Thomasville was arrested following a physical and violent domestic dispute on Friday evening at 9:15 PM, where it was alleged that GANGLOFF was strangling the female victim, who was able to escape after striking her assailant in the head with a large hand tool. 

NYCRPD officers arrived at the scene and took GANGLOFF into custody without incident, and the victim was transported to a local hospital for injury treatment.

The NYCRPD charged GANGLOFF with the following offenses:

  • Terroristic Threats
  • Simple Assault
  • Recklessly Endangering Another Person
  • Harassment

At the time of this release the bail or incaceration status of the defendant is unknown.
