A 28 year old Jackson Township resident was issued a citation on September 04, 2010 for disorderly conduct following an incident at a playground where the subject was reported to have brandished a handgun.

RONALD J. SPIKER II of 194 Chesapeake Estates Road, Thomasville, PA was cited for disorderly conduct following a reported call to the NYCRPD of a man with a gun at a park located in the Chesapeake Estates Mobile Home Park.

Responding NYCRPD officers located and identified SPIKER who had in his possession a small handgun. This was later determined to be an air gun. Based upon the manner in which the look alike gun was being brandished and the public alarm caused by the display, SPIKER was cited for the offense and released.
