Three Arrested Following Burglary in Manchester Township

An adult and two juveniles were apprehended following a burglary in Manchester Township.  A resident in the 2900 block of Raintree Road reported that his home was burglarized. 

Investigation found that Christopher Weaver, age 18 of Baltimore, MD, and two juveniles from York, entered the home and removed items ranging from loose change to jars of peanut butter.

Weaver advised officers that he and the male juvenile were hungry and decided to break into the home.  After breaking in, they then called a female juvenile to pick them up.  The female arrived in a vehicle and transported Weaver, the juvenile, and the stolen items away from the scene.

Weaver was transported to Central Booking to await arraignment on the following charges

  • Burglary
  • Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Burglary
  • Theft by Unlawful Taking
  • Receiving Stolen Property

$10,000.00 bail was set at Weaver’s arraignment.  It is unknown if he has posted bail.

The male juvenile was released to his parents and will face the same charges as Weaver

The female juvenile was released to her parents and will face the following charges

  • Criminal Conspiracy
  • Theft by Unlawful Taking
  • Receiving Stolen Property
