Paradise Township Crash Caused By Spider

On 10/11/2010 at 1024 hours the Northern York County Regional Police responded to a one vehicle crash on Lincoln Highway(Rt30) near Beaver Creek Road in Paradise Township.

Timothy J. Lemmon, Glenville, PA was travelling east on Lincoln Highway when he advised a spider fell from the sun visor of his truck and landed between his legs.  As Lemmon tried to deal with the spider, his Ford Expedition, which was towing a utility trailer, went of the right side of the roadway striking a tree and a utility pole.  The truck continued down a slight embankment and came to rest in a field.  Lemmon was uninjured.  His twelve year old daughter was transported to York Hospital by East Berlin EMS.
