Thefts From New Home Building Sites – Conewago Township

A series of thefts from construction sites in Conewago Township has been reported to the NYCRPD having taken place between 10/08/2010 and 10/12/2010. 

A contractor reported that the thefts took place from new homes under construction in the area of the 200 block of Cedar Run Drive. The builder reported the theft of window shutters (raised panels – dark berry in color) and building tools including three step ladders and an aluminum metal brake used in siding application. The total losses are estimated at approximately $1,800.00. 

Residents are reminded to dial 911 and report any suspicious activities to the police. Anyone with further information is requested to contact the NYCRPD at 911 or by the department webpage at nycrpd.org.
