On 11/02/2010 at 0724 hours the Northern York County Regional Police Department responded to a two vehicle crash involving an overturned tractor trailer on SR 15 near Hickory Road in Franklin Township.

Investigation found that a southbound 2008 Ford pickup-truck towing a utility trailer, owned by Greenesward Turf Care of New Cumberland and operated by Christopher Morgan, 42 of New Bloomfield, PA,  was slowing to make a right turn onto Hickory Road.  A 2005 Freightliner tractor trailer, owned by Fanelli Bros Trucking of Pottsville and operated by Michael Pauloski, 53 of Ashland, PA, that was following the pickup struck the utility trailer.  As Pauloski attempted an evasive maneuver, the tractor trailer overturned and travelled down an embankment.

Michael Pauloski was transported to Hershey Medical Center by ambulance.  The occupants of the pickup truck were uninjured.

The Northern York County Regional Police were assisted at the scene by Franklintown Fire Department, Camp Hill Fire Department, and PennDOT.

The investigation into this crash is continuing.  Anyone with information is asked to contact the Northern York County Regional Police at 717.292.3647 or use the crime tip reporting section of this website.
