The Northern York County Regional Police is pleased to announce the hiring of two new police officers. Both officers are currently enrolled in the 98th Police Academy at Harrisburg Area Community College. Graduation from the academy is scheduled for November 19, 2010.
New Probationary Officers
Lynn E. Anderson, Jr., Age 24, from York, Pennsylvania. Officer Anderson is a 2005 graduate of West York High School and a 2010 graduate of York College with a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice.
Stephen Kyle McClure, Age 26, from Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Officer McClure is a 2003 graduate of Dubois High School and a 2007 graduate of Juniata College with a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice.
Upon graduation from the academy both officers will undergo an intense 12 week field training program. Following completion of the field training program both officers will be assigned to the patrol division.
