Manchester Township Crash Closes Route 30 for 30 Minutes

on 11/26/2010 at 1925 hours the Northern York County Regional Police responded to a single vehicle crash on Route 30 westbound at PA Ave in Manchester Township.

Investigation found that a 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier operated by Tabetha Bratcher, age 19 of Delta, was travelling westbound on westbound on SR30 and was attempting to turn right onto PA Ave.   Bratcher reported that she applied her brakes and her vehicle began to skid.  The vehicle continued straight and travelled onto a concrete median and then collided with a utility pole supporting the overhead traffic lights.

Bratcher was uninjured.  The crash caused RT30 westbound to be closed in this area for nearly 30 minutes.
