A Red Lion area contractor faces charges for Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition, Receiving Stolen Property and Deceptive Business Practices.
NYCRPD Criminal Investigators filed charges after a complaint was filed concerning the failure of RAMON RINEHART to perform specified work after he was paid $4,472.73 for purchase of materials and performance of work at an address in the 1300 block of North George Street in North York Borough.
RAMON W. RINEHART, age 38, of 947 Wise Avenue, Red Lion, (PA) was charged with the offenses and arrested after service of the arrest warrant, early Friday morning as part of a warrant service operation conducted by the NYCRPD and the United States Marshalls Fugitive Task Force.
At the time of this information release RINEHART was awaiting arraignment at the York County Central Booking and Processing Center.
