Former Chief Financial Officer Arrested At His Home – Manchester Township Company Offical Charged

NYCRPD investigators ended a five month investigation with the arrest of a West Manchester Township man for crimes related to the misappropriation of company funds from his employer.
 
 

KARL BREEDEN, age 50, of 2035 Parkton Lane, York, Pa was arrested at his home early on Christmas Eve morning, and served with a warrant charging him with the following felony offenses:
 
 

  • Dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities
  • Forgery
  • Theft
  • Receiving stolen property

 

This arrest was following a complaint filed by officials from a company identified as AIS, located in Manchester Township. An audit conducted as a result of corporate restructuring identified fiscal irregularities which occurred during the tenure of BREEDEN, who formerly served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Losses are in excess of $ 377,000.00
