Injured Officer Returns To A Heroes Welcome

An injured officer from the EASTERN ADAMS REGIONAL POLICE DEPARTMENT has returned to his home after a lengthy stay at a facility outside of Pennsylvania where he received specialized care for treatment of injuries he sustained in a crash.

The NYCRPD celebrates the return of Officer Rick Phillips to his family and to the arms of his fellow officers in the  EASTERN ADAMS REGIONAL POLICE family. The NYCRPD wishes all the best for Officer Phillips and our law enforcement partners in the EASTERN ADAMS REGIONAL POLICE DEPARTMENT.
