Juvenile Apprehended After Spray Painting Spree in North York Borough

On 07.29.2011 the Northern York County Regional Police responded to the area of the 900 block of N. Duke Street for a black male seen spray painting P WAY on two residences, a church, a vehicle, and two sheds. Officers located a 12 year old in the North York Park on East 5th Ave that fit the description of the subject.  The 12 year old from the first block of North Hartley Street in York City will face the following charges through the Juvenile Court System;

  • Institutional Vandalism
  • Criminal Mischief
  • Possessing Instruments of Crime
