The Northern York County Regional Police Department is investigating the theft of a purse from a restaurant in Manchester Township.  This theft occurred in the end of October.  The male pictured in these photographs used a credit card taken during the purse theft to purchase items at the the HHGregg store in Manchester Township and the Toys R Us store in West Manchester Township.
