Thefts From Unlocked Vehicles in Manchester Township

On 12.19.2011 the Northern York County Regional Police investigated thefts from two unlocked vehicles in the Penn State Estates development in Manchester Township.

Owners in both incidents reported that their cars had been left unlocked overnight.  Loose change, registration cards, and insurance cards were taken from both vehicles.

The thefts were reported in the 2700 block of Cold Springs Lane and the 600 block of Olmstead Way.
