Five Weekend Burglaries or Attempted Burglaries in Jackson and Paradise Townships

Between 12.23.2011 and 12.26.2011 the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated four burglaries and one attempted burglary in Jackson and Paradise Townships.  Brief summaries of the events are as follows;

  1. 12.23.2011 — Unknown subjects forced entry through a window to a business located in the 100 block of North Schoolhouse Road in Paradise Township.  The burglars made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
  2. 12.24.2011 — Unknown subjects entered a two homes in the 6500 block of Woodland Drive in Jackson Township and removed collectibles(model trains), cash, coins, and a television.
  3. 12.25.2011 — Unknown subjects forced entry through a door of a home in the 100 block of Beaver Creek Road in Paradise Township.  The burglars removed jewelry.
  4. 12.25.2011 — A unknown subject wearing a camouflage jacket, a white hoodie, blue jeans, and black beanie hat attempted to gain entry to a business in the 700 block of Biesecker Road in Jackson Township.  The unknown burglar was unsuccessful in entering the business and may have been scared off by the premise alarm system.
