Twelve Year Old Franklin Township Male to Face Charges For Burglary and Theft

A twelve year old Franklin Township male will face charges after burglarizing outbuildings while stealing ATVs.

On 01.11.2012 the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated three burglaries of outbuildings in the 300 block of Coffeetown Road in Franklin Township.

During these burglaries ATVs were removed from the outbuildings and removed from the owners properties.  All of the ATVs were recovered nearby the homes.

A twelve year old male from the 200 block of Whiskey Springs Road admitted to trying the steal the ATVs during the overnight hours. 

Charges will be filed through the York County Juvenile Court System.  Those charges will include;

  1. Burglary
  2. Theft by Unlawful Taking
  3. Criminal Trespass
  4. Receiving Stolen Property
