Homicide suspect Wilkens Gerald Marte-Escano in in police custody. Marte-Escano turned himself in at the York City Police Department.
The vehicle that Marte-Escano was believed to be driving was recovered in the 700 block of Chestnut Street.
Marte-Escano is currently being interviewed by Northern York County Regional Police Investigators.
