On 05/17/12 at 11:28 hrs. The Northern Regional Police Department attempted to stop a 2013 Ford Explorer for making an illegal left hand turn. The traffic violation happened at W. 11th Ave. and N. George St. in Manchester Township. The vehicle fled from N. George St. west on Rt. 30 W. Manchester Township. The pursuit was terminated as the vehicle fled north on Carlisle Rd. in West Manchester Township.
The fleeing vehicle was observed at 11:35 pm by another Northern York County Regional Police Officer as it was driving at a high rate of speed west on Emig Mill Rd. from Carlisle Rd. in Dover Township. The police officer attempted to catch up with the speeding Ford Explorer. The police found that the vehicle had crashed at Emig Mill Rd. and S. Salem Church Rd. The two occupants of the vehicle fled from the scene. Police recovered a Pennsylvania Identification Card at the scene. Police recovered several baggies of marijuana packaged in a manner commonly used for distibution. Police also recovered one black Adidas sneaker size 10 1/2.
On 05/18/2012 at 1:51 am The Northern Yorck County Regional Police located Angel Luis Alicea walking east on Emig Mill Rd. Police took note that Angel Alicea was wet, muddy, and limping. They also noted that he was only wearing one black Adidas sneaker, size 10 1/2. Angel Alicea is from Aberdeen, MD. Upon questioning Angle Alicea was arrested for Possession with the Intent to Deliver Marijuana. He was fingerprinted, photographed and arraigned at the York County Judicial Center. It is unknown what his bail is at this time. Police are not releasing the name of the second individual that is wanted for questionsing related to this incident.
