On 06.08.2012 at 1350 hours the Northern York County Regional Police Department responded to 4327 Devonshire Drive in Dover Township for the report of a man threatening another with a handgun.
Investigation found that a 37 year old Lower Windsor man reponded to 4327 Devonshire Drive to repossess a vehicle. While loading the vehicle onto his rollback tow truck the owner of the vehicle approached brandishing a handgun.
Saidrick Sherrod Lewis age 36, repeatedly pointed a black semi-automatic handgun at the victim. The victim returned to his tow truck and called 911.
Lewis was taken into custody without incident by responding officers. Lewis was transported to Central Booking to face arraignment on the following charges.

- Simple Assault
- Reckless Endangerment
- Terroristic Threats
