On 05.31.2012 the Northern York County Regional Police Department was summoned to a bank in the first block of Arsenal Road in Manchester Township for a drug related call.
Bank employees advised that a subject came through the drive through lane to make a deposit. The male placed his identification card, paycheck, deposit slip, as well as a small baggie of marihuana into the tube and sent it to the teller. The teller completed the transaction, set the marihuana aside, and returned the tube to the customer. The customer drove off and the teller called 911.
The male customer was identified as Kyle Harris age 24 of the 100 block of Jasper Avenue in Manchester Township.
A charge of possession of a small amount of marihuana was filed against Harris through Senior MDJ Bria’s office. Harris will be sent a summons to appear.
