On 07.20.2012 at 1043 hours the Northern York County Regional Police Department responded to the 1800 block of Spangler Ave in Dover Township for a child found in a swimming pool.
The three year old male child was found floating in the family’s in-ground pool. The child’s uncle and a neighbor performed CPR on the child until EMS units arrived. The child was transported to York Hospital and was later pronounced dead.
The child’s name will not be released at this time.
The investigation into this incident continues. Further information will be released as deemed appropriate.
