On 08.09.2012 at 0140 hours the Northern York County Regional Police Department responded to the 900 block of North George Street in North York Borough for a reported fight.
Upon the arrival of officers the initial fight had ended. A second altercation ensued between Gregory Albert Kinard age 26 of the 900 block of North George Street and Sherman Jamison age 42 of the 700 block of Jessop Place.
As a result of the second altercation, Jamison was cited for Disorderly Conduct and Kinard was arrested on the following offenses and taken to Central Booking to face arraignment;
- Disorderly Conduct
- Resisting Arrest
- Public Drunkenness
