Franklin Township Man Arrested Following Disturbance

On 09.10.2012 at 0140 hours the Northern York County Regional Police Department responded to reports of a disorderly person in the first block of West Greenhouse Road in Franklin Township.  Witnesses reported a subject wearing a red shirt and white shorts jumping on top of vehicles and banging on the side of homes.  The male was to be possibly armed with an unknown type of handgun.

Officers located 19 year old Dylan Mitchell Gerber of 19 West Greenhouse Road hiding in a flower bed at a neighboring home.  Gerber was found to be intoxicated and uncooperative with arresting officers.  After taking Gerber into custody, Officers located a black and silver BB handgun where Gerber had been creating the disturbance.

Gerber was transported to Central Booking and arraigned on the following offenses;

  • Resisting Arrest
  • Disorderly Conduct
  • Public Drunkenness
  • Underage Drinking
