On 09.11.2012 at 0101 hours the Northern York County Regional Police Department responded to the 200 block of Bruaw Drive for a reported disturbance. Witnesses reported that a female was at their sliding glass door yelling and banging on the door. The female was observed to have a white shirt and white shorts. She was to be a guest at a neighbor’s home. The female refused to leave the witnesses’ property and continued to bang on the door and yell and scream.
Officers made contact with the female at 245 Bruaw Drive. The female previously described was located. Officers found her to be intoxicated. As Officers attempted to take the female into custody she began attempting to kick at the two officers. The Officers were able to get the female into custody and began to lead her towards the patrol car. The female turned quickly and kicked one of the Officers in the groin. The Officer was not injured.
Kristen Ann Krout age 21 of 2680 North Susquehanna Trail in Manchester Township was transported to Central Booking and arraigned on the following charges;
- Aggravated Assault
- Resisting Arrest
- Public Drunkenness
- Disorderly Conduct
- Criminal Trespass
