Motorcycle Driver Flown to Hershey Medical Center Following Franklin Township Crash

On 11.15.2012 at 2357 hours the Northern York County Regional Police Department responded to a single vehicle crash on Coffeetown Road near Ken-Lin Drive in Franklin Township.

Investigation found that a 1995 Suzuki motorcycle was being operated southbound on Coffeetown Road by 24 year old Daniel Patterson of the 200 block of Whiskey Springs Road.  Patterson lost control of the motorcycle and left the roadway.  The motorcycle collided with an embankment and large stone.  Patterson, who was wearing a helmet, was thrown from the motorcycle.

Patterson was flown to Hershey Medical Center by Life Lion for treatment for his injuries.
