Window Stolen From Construction Equipment in Dover Township

On 12.28.2012 the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated the theft of a window from a piece of construction equipment in Dover Township

The 4 foot by 3 foot curved window glass was taken from a Caterpillar 420E backhoe that was parked at a construction site in the 3000 block of Carlisle Road in Dover Township.

The glass appeared to be carefully removed as if whoever stole it was planning on installing it in a similar model.  The glass panel is valued at $1500.00.

The glass was removed sometime between 12.20.2012 and 12.28.2012.

The investigation into this theft continues, anyone with information is asked to contact the Northern York County Regional Police Department at 717.292.3647 or use the crime tip reporting portion of this website.
