Jackson Township Crash Claims Spring Grove Woman’s Life

On 01.06.2013 at 1116 hours the Northern York County Regional Police Department responded to a single vehicle crash on Roth’s Church Road north of KBS Road in Jackson Township.

Preliminary investigation found that Terry L. Gore age 52 of South Main Street in Spring Grove was travelling southbound in a 2005 Dodge sedan on Roth’s Church Road.  Gore’s vehicle failed to negotiate a curve and travelled off of the roadway and overturned.  The car continued off of the roadway and struck an utility pole.  Gore was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from the vehicle.

Gore was transported to York Hospital by helicopter.  She was pronounced dead at 2205 hours at York Hospital.

The investigation into this crash continues.  Anyone with information is asked to contact the Northern York County Regional Police Department at 717.292.3647, through 911, or use the crime tip reporting portion of this website.
