Shooting 1000 block of N. George St. York, PA

On 11/23/13 at 0254 hrs. The Northern York County Regional Police Department was dispatched to 1030 N. George St. York, PA for a 25 year old York County man who had been shot. The victim was shot with one round in the pelvic region. The victim is expected to survive his injuries. The shooting suspect fled prior to police arrival.
Investigation revealed there was a party at 1030 N. George St. During the party arguments arose and tempers flared between the victim and others at the party. Randolph Kline brandished a pistol a fired one round at the victim. The victim was taken to York Hospital for his injury. Detectives located Randolph Kline at his home. Randolph Kline was transported to The York County Judicial Center where he was charged with Criminal Attempt – Homicide, Aggravated Assault,Simple Assault,Persons Not Possess a Firearm and Firearms Not To Be Carried Without a License. Randolph Kline is a 27 year old York County resident. Randolph Kline had not been arraigned at the time of this posting.
