Additional Burglary Reports in Jackson Township

On 12.08.2014 the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated a burglary in the first block of Alpine Drive in Jackson Township.

The resident reported that she had left two purses in the kitchen area of the home when she went to bed.  The resident reported hearing her dogs barking at 0100 hours.  The resident reported that in the morning she found that the purses had been taken from the kitchen of her home.  The purses contained cash, credit cards, and identification for the victim.  It is unknown how the subject or subjects made entry to the home.

UPDATE:

The Northern York County Regional Police Department is investigating two additional incidents that occurred  in the same neighborhood.

  • On Monday December 15, 2014 a resident of the 1200 block of Summit Run Court reported that sometime between 0700 hours and 1500 hours someone entered their home and took 4 wrist watches.
  • On Tuesday December 16, 2014 a resident of the 100 block of North Alpine Drive reported that around 0800 hours a person was heard walking in the downstairs of the residence and potentially fled from the residence when confronted by the resident’s dogs.  Nothing was taken from the residence.
