Armed Robbery in Manchester Township

On 08.28.2015 at 1853 hours the Northern York County Regional Police Department responded to the MetroPCS store located at 30c West 11th Ave in Manchester Township for a report of an armed robbery.

Investigation found that a Hispanic male belived to be Puerto Rican entered the store, displayed a dark handgun, and demanded cash from the employee.  The male became impatient and threw the cash register on the floor.  The male then emptied the contents of the cash register and fled the store on foot.

The male is described as follows;

  • 6 feet tall
  • Blue dress shirt
  • Gray colored Superman logo hat
  • Dark sunglasses
  • Blue bandanna covering face
  • Thin build
  • Age – late 40’s to early 50’s
  • Dark sweat pants

The blue shirt, hat, bandanna, and pants were recovered to the rear of the store.
