Attempted Robbery in North York Borough

On 10.25.2015 at 1114 hours the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated an attempted robbery that occurred in the 600 block of Albright Ave.

The victim reported that while walking northbound on Albright Ave he was approached by two black males.  Both black males were armed with handguns and told the victim to empty his pockets. The victim advised that he told them “No” and shoved the one male out of the way.  The suspects told him that he was lucky it wasn’t nighttime and fled southbound on Albright Ave.

The victim was not injured in the altercation.

Both males were to be wearing hoodie sweatshirts with the hoods pulled tightly around their faces.  One male was to be a young teenager and the other approximately 18 years of age.
