Any property recovered by the Northern York County Regional Police Department shall be retained and disposed of in accordance with the Pennsylvania Unclaimed/Abandoned Property Disposition Statute 72 P.S. Section 1301.1 through 72 P.S. Section 1301.29 inclusive.
