On 02.11.2017 at 2147 hours the Northern York County Regional Police Department responded to the 600 block of Cedar Village Drive for a reported prowler.
Two residents reported observing a white male in his early 20’s wearing a black hoodie and light colored pants acting strangely in the neighborhood.
The male was observed peeking or attempting to peek into windows of the residence. The male fled the area when one of the residents exited his apartment.
