On 05.05.17 at 2316 hours the Northern York County Regional Police Department came into contact with a subject pushing an ATV in 800 block of North Duke Street in North York Borough.
Investigation found that the ATV along with two dirt bike style motorcycles were stolen from a garage in the 1200 block of North George Street.
The male pushing the motorcycle, Angel Antonio Cruz age 18 of West Princess Street, was taken into custody and transported to Central Booking to face arraignment on the following charges;
- Burglary
- Theft by Unlawful Taking
- Receiving Stolen Property
- Loitering and Prowling at Nighttime
- Criminal Mischief
Additional suspects in the incident have been identified and their arrests are pending.
