On 06.08.2017 the Northern York County Regional Police Department in cooperation with the United Stated Marshall’s Fugitive Task Force took Kevin Lee Barrick, age 24 of Marysville, PA into custody this morning at his place of employment in Carlisle.
Barrick faces the following charges:
- Statutory Sexual Assault
- Rape of a Child
- Indecent Assault
- Corruption of Minors
Kevin Barrick met the 12 year old female victim approximately one year ago. While Barrick and the female were visiting a home in the 200 block of Capitol Hill Road in Franklin Township, he engaged in sexual intercourse with the victim. This intercourse was witnessed by the residents of the home. The residents reported the situation to the Northern York County Regional Police Department.
Kevin Barrick was arraigned before MDJ Richard Thomas and lodged in the York County Prison on $250,000.00 bail.
