UPDATE: The person in the photo has been identified as Essence Davis. Charges have been filed against Essence Davis for Retail Theft.
The Northern York County Regional Police Department would like to thank everyone who provided a tip to help identify Essence Davis.
The Northern York County Regional Police Department is attempting to identify the subject in the photograph.
This female is wanted in connection with a retail theft that occurred on 03.04.19 at a store in Manchester Township. The female was observed leaving the area in a silver colored Hyundai sedan.
