On March 11, 2010 The Northern York County Regional Police apprehended three subjects after they entered the T-Mobile at 1700 North George St. and attempted to fraudulently purchase cell phones and Blackberry devices. The three subjects were using fraudulent identification cards in an attempt to purchase and activate the phones. During a traffic stop with the trio, officers recovered four Blackberry devices, eleven Apple iPhones, and six other cellular telephones. The subjects had various maps and GPS units with cellular venues identified in malls, shopping centers, and other locations in Central PA.
Further investigation found that the subjects were using pre-paid credit cards with cloned or fictitious names and/or data. These cards were then cashed out at convenience stores and the cash was then used to purchase the cell phones. Numerous gift cards and credit cards of suspicious origin were also recovered during the arrest. Subjects arrested are;

20yoa, Bronx, NY
All three subjects were charged with the following;
Criminal Attempt to Commit Access Device Fraud – Felony 3
Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Access Device Fraud – Felony 3
The three subjects were taken to the York County Booking Center and arraigned before MDJ Meisenhelter. They are being held in the York County Prison on $20,000.00 bail.
