{"id":14710,"date":"2020-02-24T11:06:47","date_gmt":"2020-02-24T16:06:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nycrpd.org\/?p=14710"},"modified":"2020-02-24T11:06:49","modified_gmt":"2020-02-24T16:06:49","slug":"man-arrested-for-criminal-trespass","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nycrpd.org\/?p=14710","title":{"rendered":"Man Arrested For Criminal Trespass"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 02.22.20 at 10:39 PM the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated a call of a man breaking into a home.\u00a0 The home was located in the 600 block of N. George St. in North York Borough.<\/p>\n<p>The home owners reported that they were watching television when they heard a man screaming on their front porch.\u00a0 The stranger entered the first door to their home and was in the vestibule.\u00a0 He started to enter the second door to the home when the home owners pushed backed against the door to stop any further entry.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect was screaming that he he was being chased but there was nobody else there.<\/p>\n<p>The first officer on scene took the suspect into custody.\u00a0 The suspect was identified as Joseph E. Leininger, age 44, of York City.\u00a0 Joseph Leininger was sweating profusely and had trouble maintaining his balance.\u00a0 He advised that he had been chased for several days by people that were trying to kill him.\u00a0 He was bleeding from his left big toe which needed medical attention.<\/p>\n<p>Joseph Leininger was taken to Memorial Hospital for treatment.\u00a0 After receiving medical attention he was taken to the York County Judicial Center.\u00a0 He was arraigned on charges of Criminal Trespass, Criminal Mischief and Public Drunkenness.\u00a0 Bail was set at $10,000.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 02.22.20 at 10:39 PM the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated a call of a man breaking into a home.\u00a0 The home was located in the 600 block of N.
