On 04.02.20\u00a0 at 7:05 PM the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated a report of shots being fired in North York Borough.\u00a0 The incident occurred on N. Pine St. at E. 5th Ave.<\/p>\n
The police found two 9mm shell casings and a .22 cal shell casing at the scene.\u00a0 No gunshot victims were found on scene.\u00a0 There were no signs that anyone was struck by the gunfire.<\/p>\n
Witnesses reported seeing a male wearing a gray and black sweatshirt fleeing the area right after gunshots were heard.<\/p>\n
Surveillance video shows the pictured male hanging around the North York Borough Park on E. 5th Ave. prior to the shots.\u00a0 He is then observed on video running down through the park after shots were fired.\u00a0 At this point his level of involvement is unknown.<\/p>\n
