The theft occurred on 01.13.23 at the Rutter&#8217;s Farm Store located at 2251 N. George St. in Manchester Township. The suspects pictured above purchased over $700.00 worth of Newport cigarettes with digital coupons.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The digital coupons were loaded onto the suspect&#8217;s cell phones and then scanned by the store cashier. The cigarette coupons were a buy one get one free coupon.
