On 10.03.23 at 6:11 AM the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated a fatal crash at the intersection of Davidsburg Rd. and W. Canal Rd. in Dover Township.<\/p>\n
A 2011 Volkswagen Jetta was traveling northbound on Davidsburg Rd. The Volkswagen turned left to travel westbound on W. Canal Rd. The operator of the Volkswagen turned into the path of a motorcycle that was traveling southbound on Davidsburg Rd. The motorcyclist was operating a 2000 Suzuki motorcycle.<\/p>\n
Lifesaving efforts were performed at the scene on the motorcyclist. He was taken to York Hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.<\/p>\n
The driver of the Volkswagen was a 25 year old male from Carlisle, PA. The motorcyclist was a 63 year old male from Dover, PA.<\/p>\n
