On 11.05.24 Hoover entered a building at Morning Sun Marketplace and stole multiple sports cards valued over $14,000.  Investigators have since recovered some of the stolen cards.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D. Hoover has been arraigned on charges of Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Theft by Unlawful Taking, Receiving Stolen Property, Retail Theft, Possessing Instruments of Crime, and Criminal Mischief. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"635\" height=\"794\" src=\"https:\/\/nycrpd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/D.-Hoover.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24350\" style=\"aspect-ratio:0.7997734352874539;width:227px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nycrpd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/D.-Hoover.jpg 635w, https:\/\/nycrpd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/D.-Hoover-240x300.jpg 240w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 635px) 100vw, 635px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Previously reported:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 11.05.24 ay 1:01 AM the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated a burglary that occurred at the Morning Sun Marketplace located at 5309 Lincoln Highway in Jackson Township. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The victim reported that he had a motion sensor on his vendor space that alerted him to the burglar. The vendor drove from his home to the marketplace to check on his property. The victim advised as he entered the marketplace he observed the suspect. The suspect was wearing a white mask and blue Nautica jacket. The thief fled on foot when he spotted the property owner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The burglar was able to enter a display case and steal the five sports cards that are pictured.
