The Northern York County Regional Police Department is investigating a retail theft that occurred on 12.22.19. The theft occurred at the Old Navy located at 351 Loucks Rd. in Manchester Township.
The three pictured suspects worked together to steal clothing. The primary items stolen were baby clothes. Total loss was over 200 pieces of clothing stolen with a value of over $4,300.00.
